CRC ADVERTISING IS A SCAM

I've started this blog as a resource for people who get scammed by CRC Advertising. The experience I'm going through right now appears to be part of a larger pattern of what I consider criminal activity. In the next several passages I hope to explain my experience with CRC, in the effort that other people be forewarned about the predatory and dishonest nature that I consider synonymous with CRC.

I first found out about CRC advertising through the Washington Post newspaper. I had recently finished an internship with the DNC and was looking for a paying, entry-level job that would provide me with good training and experience. Hopefully I could score a good reference out of the job too! After working for nothing I was impressed with the advertisement for CRC. In big bold letters at the top it said, "Sports Marketing." They offered a "management training program." The add stated that no experience was necessary, and also stated "41-43K a year." That's when my mouth really started salivating. I called up the number in the add, and talked to Chris, the owner. We chatted pleasantly for about ten minutes. He asked me if I liked sports, and I said yes. He asked me if I played sports, I said I used to play soccer and lacrosse. We scheduled an interview for the next day.

Needless to say, I was really excited, and looked forward to my interview. The interview was done by a sharp looking 23 year old named Jack. It took no longer than five minutes. It was a strange interview. He asked me maybe two questions, which I can't even remember now. All I remember is him throwing all of these pamphlets of advertisements at me with names like McDonald's, Pizza Hut, the Baltimore Orioles. Big names. I was definitely impulsed. I was thinking in my head that it would be so cool to represent companies like the Baltimore Orioles. He spent most of his time talking about how the companies he advertises for make money. He said something to the effect of, "every time you go to a baseball game there are fifteen thousand empty seats. You know how the Baltimore Orioles make there money?" I responded, through merchandise. He got more excited, "Concessions! If we can fill those seats that were normally going to be empty and each of those people buy one hot dog and a coke the Orioles will make a hundred thousand dollars more that they otherwise wouldn't normally be making."

It wasn't rocket science. I asked him about pay. This time he gave himself as the example. He said he was making 60,000 dollars a year and going to be opening up his own office, where in effect the potential to make money is unlimited. I was impressed. He went on to say that his boss makes over four hundred thousand dollars a year! Now I was like, 'please, please give me the job.' He asked me what I thought made me a good candidate and I went on to tell him how amazing his job sounded. That I would love to be making even close to 60,000 dollars a year. If he was telling the truth I'd be the best damn employee he ever had. He told me to come back the next day for a ride along. I was stoked.

I came back the next day for my ride along. The ride along was where a Team Leader takes you out into the field to show you what a day in the life of a direct advertiser is like. I came to find out that it was basically a glorified term for door to door sales. You go from door to door offering people coupon books for money. I didn't think much of it at the time. I was impressed by the fact that I could make so much money just talking to people and walking around outside all day. There was no one looking over your shoulder. No one telling you what to do. It seemed like a dream job.

I came back and ended up getting hired by CRC, or so I was led to believe. I was legally an independent contractor, though officially I was a distributor for CRC. In the first few days I signed a piece of paper that basically says I don't work for CRC. They are just a distribution company that provides merchandise for other direct distributors like myself. I would earn a percentage of each sale. It was officially 40%. I started work and did Papa Johns promotions. The pizza cards were 26 dollars a piece. Each one that I sold I would make 10 dollars. I found out eventually that I could charge whatever amount I wanted for the cards after I read the fine print on my contract with CRC. I also became suspicious when I was instructed to charge an extra fifty cents for each check and dollar for each credit card order. The extra dollar was for the credit card fee, the fifty cents I was told went towards bounced checks that I collected to protect me from owing CRC payment for the merchandise. I was told also that CRC had hired a company that takes care of bounced checks by paying CRC the moneys owed and taking responsibility of collecting payment from the person who bounced the check .

At the end of every workday I would return to CRC with my unsold merchandise and return in. We would settle up by filling out forms that took into account how many pieces I sold and what method of payment was used. Some days, as a distributor, most pieces I sold were paid for by checks or credit cards. Some days CRC would owe distributors money because there percentages were included in the credit card or check payments. It's like settling up in the restaurant business, where if you're a server and everyone pays with credit, the restaurant tips you out and pays you cash at the end of the day. The same thing happened at CRC, except because CRC wasn't a restaurant they usually didn't have enough cash on hand to pay everyone out at the end of the day. That's where the security account comes in.

The security account was a company account where as a distributor I deposited money owed to me that CRC couldn't pay me at the end of the day.

As time went on, I grew tired of working outside in the cold until eight every night. I had a couple days where I made ten dollars after freezing my ass off all day and night. The money wasn't working out and I just wasn't excited about the job anymore. I could no longer rationalize to myself what I was doing. What made matters worst was that I had also become very cynical about the job. I felt that I had been impulsed into making a decision. That CRC mislead me when they advertised as "sports marketing" not direct advertising. I also found out that I needed a permit to do the work I was doing. CRC never mentioned a permit. Two colleagues of mine ended up getting cited because they didn't have permits to do direct advertising. They went to court and lied to the judge, saying they had quit their jobs, and the judge excused them. Meanwhile people were going out every day breaking the law collecting Chris money, by impulsing old ladies and stay at home moms into paying twenty six dollars for a pizza card in the cold.

I am currently seeking money that I deposited in the security account. Some three hundred and sixty five dollars actually. When I quit I just stopped going to work. No two weeks, no phone call. I was depressed about not having a job again. I ended up calling CRC and got to talk to Chris for about five minutes. I asked him politely for money that I put into security. He told me he was angry with the way that I quit, that I could talk to him next week about getting my money back. I didn't really blame the guy. I did just stop going. I should have at least given him a phone call or something. So I called the next week on Monday. He was in a meeting. Tuesday He was in a meeting. Finally Wednesday I told his secretary Allison to tell him to mail me a check for what I had put into security. I told him to call me if he had a problem with the amount or anything. I gave her my address and phone number again in case they had deleted my information in their system. I waited several weeks nothing happened. No call, no letter. Nothing.

My mother ended up calling CRC today to get their address. I guess she didn't know they had a web site. Somehow she got through to Chris, and she asked about what happened to my money. Chris told her that there was an issue with some bounced checks.

If anyone else has had a similar experience, please add to the blog and perhaps we can offer support to one another. Maybe we'll at least prevent some people from being taken advantage of. I know of a couple other people with whom I worked with, that have had trouble getting their money. I'll try to get them to post their experiences.

I don't intend to trash the careers of everyone involved in CRC. There were lots of honest hard working people there. There boss just happens to be the complete opposite. He's about as trustworthy as a used car salesman.

Amen to you all. I can say that I was fortunate enough to have never worked at CRC (ARC International) but did go through a portion of the interview process. Back in the summer of '04 I was looking to make a transition from my first job out of college into more of a career track type position. Like many of you I came across the CRC add in the Post. I sent in my resume and within a day I had an interview.

I actually interviewed with Chris and was in with him for 30-45 minutes. We talked about my background and education. I mentioned to him that I was recently married and had just purchased a house. At this point I have no idea why he thought that I would have any interest in this job since I had a mortgage payment, wife and was coming from a real job with benefits and working in an office (not door to door).

He went on and did his routine of showing me all the pamphlets/coupon books with all the big names on them such as the Orioles, Domino's, etc. After he was done with his pitch I spent the next 25 minutes asking him about the company culture, startegic goals/initiatives and various other things. It was during the interview that I noticed his initials were CRC and I began to wonder about the company and what "real" opportunity would be there. That night I received a call from Chris that they wanted to have me back in for an extended interview working along side a current employee, as Chris put it "getting out in front of and meeting some of the clients." At this point I thought that maybe they did have interest in seeing how I would handle myself in a real business situation. This all happened on a Tuesday with the extended interview on Friday.

When I showed up on Friday (in a suit and tie in August) there were three other people who had been invited back for a second interview. They were having their team meeting in the conference room right next to the reception area. It sounded like a pep rally with people clapping and cheering trying to pump each other up for the day of work. I was very worried at this point. Then the room emptied with 15 or so young sharply dressed people leaving the room going straight out the office door. I new this was not a good sign that they a) did not have offices, b) did not need to any kind of prep work for their "presentations" and c) had such a large number of people in training for a "management" role.

I was assigned to go with a gal in her early twenties. She told me that she had just graduated from college and had decided she wanted to get into the marketing field. There was another guy who could not have been much older then 20 riding with us. It turns out she was just acting as a taxi to drop him off in the neighborhood where he was working that day.

On our twenty-five minute ride out to Centreville I asked them a number of questions about the job and knew it was over. When the other guy was dropped off with a stack of stuff to sell I was shocked. Fortunately the girl I was with said she needed to go get some kind of coffee or latte before we started. As soon as she walked into Starbucks I was on the cell phone trying to call my wife. Thank goodness she was a teacher and was off for the summer. I told her to come and pick me up ASAP!! When the girl came out I explained that this was not for me and my wife was on her way to pick me up. She got very scared and tried to convince me to just go through the day as planned. I said no way. She called the office and got Chris on the phone and he wanted to speak with me. He tried to presuade me to give it a shot and that maybe when the day was over they would have a great offer for me. I again declined and waited for my wife to pick me up.

When she picked me up I was still in shock. I could not believe what had just happened. We still laugh about it. This past weekend my wife was talking about a job she had in high school or college that was so bad she quit after half a day. That got me thinking about my "interview" at CRC and I Googled them this morning only to find these posts.

Upon reading some of the posts I looked on Monster and saw ARC International Concepts. They must have had 10-12 different listings with slightly varying titles. Someone should make Monster, Hotjobs, Careerbuilder, etc. remove those postings from their job boards. They are deceitful and misleading but I guess they are paying for the advertising space so that might be hard.

Three years later I have a Master's degree and an excellent job and am so grateful I did not get caught in that mess.

For those of you who actually worked there I feel very sorry for you. I am glad you are trying to help others from making the same mistake.

Although cliche, "if it seems to good to be true, it probably is."

My experience was almost identical to all those posted. I was fresh out of college in the Spring of 2004 and looking for a great job. I went to a prestigous college in Washington D.C., of which my parents paid a shit load of money for. I saw the ad in the Washington Post and immediately inquired. They set up an interview right then and there. I drove out to the office building in a part of town that was slightly unusual since there wasn't much else near it. I showed up wearing a stunning silk sweater set and silk skirt that i bought especially for the occasion. I looked like a million bucks. I was intent on making a professional impression. I don't remember the specifics of the interview but i do remember Chris telling me that they would call me if they wanted me to go into "phase 2 of the interviewing process." I thanked him and left. Since this was my first interview out of college, i was not equipped to know what was sketchy or not. I didn't have experience asking questions in an interview and i neglected to inquire about the practices/procedures of the job. I am the only one to blame for that. Anyhow, that evening, i got a call Chris while i was in the airport headed to CT for the July 4th holiday. (FYI- in 2004, July 4th landed on a Sunday and July 5th was actually reserved as a holiday for the country--meaning that everyone including the banks, post offices, financial offices, govt offices had off). I picked up the call and he said he was glad to notify me that i had passed phase 1 and was being considered for phase 2. He said that i would have to report to his office on Monday morning despite it being a national holiday. Being naive, i agreed thinking that no one would hire someone who refused to come to an interview. Upon telling my mom that i would have to cut my vacation short, she was furious. She couldn't believe that any reputable company would be holding interviews on a holiday. I was stubborn and defended CRC advertising. Then, my brother asked me to see Chris' business card. I showed him and he immediately laughed. He couldn't believe the silly graphic and unprofessional look of it. Again, i defended CRC as legitimate. Over the weekend, i checked out the CRC website. I noticed that their mission statement was just a lot of babbling nonsense. Even after all of that, i got on the plane and was in the CRC office early Monday morning. There were at least 15 other candidates there. One of which had traveled all the way to Chicago to interview. At the time, i didn't realize that she totally got skammed. Anyway, Chris came out of his office and said to everyone, "hey guys, thanks for coming. you will be going out in the field today and today is not the day you will be wined and dined." Boy wasn't that an understatement. He split us up into groups and he paired me with a guy named Jack (mentioned by someone in this blog). He was a pleasant looking guy and seemed rather normal. Next thing i knew, i was squeezed into a beat up old jeep and heading 30 minutes away. The girl who was driving pulled over into a parking lot and told everyone to get out. We were then expected to walk up and down strip malls and solicit people to buy stupid Baltimore Orioles ticket pacakges. Most people were so annoyed that we would enter their businesses and solicit materials even though they had signs in their doorways that said, "no solicitations." It was a boiling hot day and i had no way out. No one to call for a ride. I was stranded. After a long day in the heat, we all piled back in the car and headed back to the office. Chris was there and called each of us into his office to have another interview. He kept emphasizing the money and the opportunities for management. I obviously wasn't thinking clearly and i promised to come back the next day. I went home that night and replayed the events of the day. I knew this wasn't something i wanted to do and was intent on going in there the next day and telling Chris that i wasn't interested in working for CRC. My mom couldn't believe that i would give him the satisfaction of going back to that office and telling him face to face that i was not falling for his prank. I felt obligated to tell him to his face. So, i took the drive back to the office and asked to speak with Chris. He called me into his office and asked me what was on my mind. I told him that i did some thinking of the evening and decided that this wasn't for me. He proceeded to raise his voice, stand up at his desk and start threatening me. He accused me of having a multi-personality disorder. I calmly explained to him that i did not have multi-personalities, i just decided that this job wasn't the route i wanted to take. His temper was fierce and i became frightened. He grilled me about why i didn't want to join his team. And again, i told him that it wasn't opportunity suited for me. He was pissed. He truly thought that he had me hooked in. Chris totally took advantage of my inexperience and naivitivity. Luckly i had the right sense of mind to realize that this was a fraud and a classic case of a pyramid scheme. I honestly feel bad for Chris that he has to stoop so low to make a buck. He exploits young adults who are looking to enter the workforce. Its a shame. Chris is a total loser who lacks integrity in all sense of the word.

It is sad to see that this company has been ripping off young, hard-working, individuals as long as they have. I just recently quit my three month stint with ARC International, and I regret ever accepting the job. You do not make nearly as much money as promised in the "second round interview," and you have to work your butt off to earn the little income you do. I was severely in debt, working almost 70 hours per week, and nobody in management at the company seemed to care. I even had my last paycheck; yes home improvement receives paychecks now, withheld from me for some reason. I still haven't received it after many complaints. It is sad and pathetic that a man who supposedly earns so much money per year feels the need to rip off a 22-year-old girl who is not making enough money to pay rent. I can't wait for enough complaints to be filed so Chris is audited by the IRS for tax fraud the way he should be. I warn anyone who is researching the company to interview to not fall for the false hope of owning a business the way that I did, and please do NOT waste your time.

As much as I'd like to echo the nasty comments made by everyone else, we have to realize that the only way to TRULY get back at him while still handling things in a logical manner is to intercept interviewees when they get to the office. After all - No Employees = No $$ for Chris, right?

I encourage everyone to make the trip out to the office of ARC/CRC/whatever it may be called at this point in the late mornings to stop these people in their tracks and convince them that they they are about to make a huge mistake that they will regret. I believe they typically held interviews around 10 or 11am but someone correct me if I'm wrong.

There doesn't seem to be a date on everyone's comments, but hopefully my little story might help someone decide against calling CRC to begin with... I this happened on Jan 2, 2004. A very cold day in Northern Virginia! I originally posted this on my personal blog years ago, but was reading it recently and decided to see whatever happened to CRC. Then I found this. So here's my stupid little story..
--
Oh good lord. Today sucked so bad. So very very bad.

So I had a job interview today with an 'Advertising Agency'. This so called 'ad agency' shall go nameless. (CRC) So I was told to come in with professional dress. This was my second interview with them. It was for possible management. I was psyched. So I came in there at 11 this morning prepared to be in training...or something like that. So I get there and the obnoxious and over-the-top bubblicious cheerleader types were all up in my face about what we were about to embark on. "Hey You! You excited?! Well you should be! Come on yeayyy! Well let's GO!!!" You would think we were about to find the cure for diabetes, head for the hills for gold and eat pancakes the way that these people were psyched about something. That's when I should have realized something was amiss.

So I end up with Bubbles and we drive to a neighborhood. And this is where I start thinking WTF? All I know is that this 'ad agency' specializes in VIP cards and the like for restauarants and such. So what we END up doing is going door-to-door selling these stupid things. So I'm wearing this stupid suit and this girl is saying '"Hey take off your jacket and put this sweater on, I like to be comfortable among the folks". And I'm like "Dude you told me to wear a suit and you never mentioned we'd be outside all fucking day in January selling shit!!!" Of course I didn't say that. I just smiled and said 'oh kay!'

Oh the things a desperate quasi-college graduate will do and say to get a job.

*sigh* So this ridiculousness goes on for 7 MORE HOURS. When I finally said to the girl, "look this is insane. I'm going to call someone to come pick me up. I'm sorry for wasting your time, but I can't do this." (it was only 6 and we were supposed to be there from 12pm to 8pm. By this time I could clearly see my breath and my nose was frozen) And of course this didn't phase her at all, no smiled wasted, "Okay great! Well here's my keys go get your stuff!" She could kill the whole town of Fargo she was so damn chipper!

This girl seriously needs some help. She needs to get away from the retards at the office that have her believing this job is something to be doing all this work for. I mean if it was something I was truly passionate about doing like video, I wouldn't care. But come on!!! VIP Cards???

Don't call yourself an AD AGENCY if what you really are doing is soliciting shit to people who don't want it. Plus the fact that a lot of the women that answered the door yelled at us because it clearly said 'no soliciting' on the entrance to the street. They even said that cops would be called and we would be prosecuted. So after the first woman said that, I was like 'whew! I get to leave now!' But oh no...Lady Bubble A lot was like 'oh that's okay, whatever, we're fine'. And I'm all 'dude I'm not going to jail for this shit!'

I knew I should have left sooner once I heard Bubbles say that she liked to 'conversate' with the folks.....repeatedly. Anyone that ignorant needs to be shot.

Are they now called "The Capital Group"? I don't see listings for ARC on job sites anymore.

If so, looks like you're right - they're in Bethesda now. Sucks for me cause it's much further away. I'll have to find off days to drive out there and "inform" their recruits.

Wow!!I didnt know something like this existed.I was also a victim of the manipulation and lies from CRC.I remember coming back to the office after a long hard day of work without selling much.Chris and some of the stupid leaders would ask me why and I didnt get a lot of sales and I would tell them that they sent me to a no soliciting zone. They would then say that wasnt an excuse. So I am supposed to take the risk and do something illegal just to make for them? That is some bullshit!!!!

I figured them out and quit without spending too much time working for them.I just feel sorry for the people that work there for a long time and getting into debt and a lot of other problems thinking it will lead them to management and more money.

CRC sucks and so does Chris Colaluca's personal hygeine. He doesnt take showers or brush his teeth. He also dresses like a clown. So this sucker should have an ultimatum, stop lying and misleading people and let them know what your business is really about before they make the decision to work for you and take a damn shower before coming to work!

Zabi is just a natural born idiotic derranged bastard!!He would say stupid things like telling other people they will never make it.Zabi you are not a manager today and Colaluca just took advantage of you too!!

Thats what experienced in my days at ARC.

*IMPORTANT*

Chris Colaluca is now the "president" of Metropolitan Events in Fairfax, VA. DO NOT BOTHER INTERVIEWING. You want nothing to do with Metropolitan Events EVER. I went in for a first interview and was called back for the second and walked out before it even started. Luckily I didn't waste my day in "the field". Metropolitan Events is the same BS as CRC/ARC

I used to work for CRC advertising. I came around the end of April '06. So, that's in the later batch than everyone else on this blog.

Like most everyone here, I saw an ad for this at Washington Post. After I had gone through my second interview, Chris duped me into leaving my job without giving a letter of resignation. I was led to believe that I would leave my hourly job and transition to this salaried one. Big joke.

I only lasted 3 weeks, but over the course of that small time, I amassed so much mileage on my then-newly-bought car (racking about 10,000 miles), lost 10 pounds, earned less than 300 bucks in the process, and eventually couldn't catch up to my bills.

The repercussions of this 3-week-stint left me with an eviction notice and having to move in with relatives. That was a shot to my ego, since I was so ecstatic to have moved away from home and be independent. CRC really screwed it up.

During those 3 weeks, CRC changed its name to ARC International Concepts. During those motivational morning meetings, they would talk about the old branch in VA Beach. It seemed Chris and his bunch of cronies must've encountered legal troubles down south and moved up here. Lucky for us Metropolitan people.

Some of the creepy tactics they taught us in this pyramid schemes are: For every 9 NOs, you will get 1 YES. So the goal was to talk to at least 100 people a day and you should be selling 10 coupon books. That's not even trying. They say that if you try, you will sell all 25 coupon books - and while you're at it, you should charge 50 cents or 1 dollar extra more than the actual price of the coupon book. I also learned that they want you to pretend that you unintentionally walked into No-Soliciting areas and push your product. They want you to convince people that you ARE helping Papa Johns, the Nats, and whatever other fake client they have coupon books for. They told me that I should be prepared to push away my friends and family for 12 months because they will try to talk me out of this job - and they wouldn't understand that hard work of door-to-door begging pays off when you become your own manager and run your own business. They brainwash you into thinking that your only family is Chris and his brown-nosing lackies. My only day off in the week is Sunday, but they mandate us to go to Chris' mansion in Haymarket or to baseball fields.

He's also talked about how attractive he thought I was. Every guy there - Zabi, Jeremy, Marco, Greg - have made sexual advances towards me (or have blatantly offered me sex) even though they're all dating some chick that also works for the company or are closely linked to it. This family is SICK.

Since I've quit, this company has evolved into other names: CRC Advertising, ARC International Concepts, The Capital Group Inc, and the most recent - Metropolitan Events-DC. Check out their website: http://www.metroeventsdc.com/.

Everything on their site is bullshit and they don't actually say what their company is all about. Of course, everyone on here already knows this.

I'm relieved that I got out after only 3 weeks. But I'm more disappointed for not realizing early enough.+97\99999999999999999999999999999999796`

I am so glad to see this before I actualy lost time and energy going to my first interview. They are in St louis as sportspluspromotion.net . Their web page do not say too much, but the job advertising seemed to good to be true. Surprise surprise, I searched the companies name above CRC/ ARC..etc...and they name Mark Kerman and the other Chis Colaluca. Check this Ripoff article : http://www.ripoffreport.com/BBB-Better-Business-Bureau/THE-CAPITAL-GROUP-AR/the-capital-group-arc-interna-5yc3a.htm they nemed them both as dishonest people.
To make sure I was dealing with the same guys, I decided to call a phone number they gave me and ask for Chris Colaluca and they said he was not in St Louis but in Washington....
anyway, THANKS!

I had a very similar experience as all the rest of you, I was recently looking for the website of the job I had for one day haha to show my boyfriend, and instead I found this blog. I was glad to see I wasn't the only one who was basically scammed and tricked into taking this job. I too was a recent college graduate and this job sounded promising I mean making 40+K a year starting off is something that is hard to find. I went to my initial interview, and then the second one and then the ride along where I went with my 'team leader' to a BJ's wholesale store all the way out in fredricksburg. It took us over an hour to get there, and I was following her in my own car behind her. I was only there for a couple hours before she told me to go back to the office and have my last interview with chris. I had asked several questions about pay, benefits, and work on the weekends all in which was said to be covered. After I took the job and agreed to show the next Monday for my first full day, I found out that we get paid based on commission, we don't get reembursed for the milage and gas on our cars, and I essentially would be away from home for almost 14 hours a day. I hated every minute of it, my feet had blisters all over them after the first day I didn't get home until about 9:30 had used half a tank of gas and spent 4 hours driving. We did not to the door to door stuff however. Our job was to walk up to innocent people grocery shopping and ask them if they would like to sign up for a FREE! in home consultation for home improvement. You got paid by how many people signed up we got 1 person to sign up, oh the payments only go through if they actually make an appointment and follow through. I was so upset when I got home and my mom encouraged me to stick out the rest of the week. I went in the next day and told the 'team leader' I was not having fun and this job was nothing as I had expected. They even expected me to go in on the saturdays and play sports on sundays. They told me to take the rest of the day off and call to let them know my desision on if I would be back. I went home and immediately called them to say sorry but I wouldn't be coming back. They said its okay its not for everyone, and if you need us a reference for any future jobs we would be happy to do that for you.

Hey everyone, I have an interview at Metropolitan Events at 1:15 today. SO GLAD I did some background research first and found this site. At first I thought maybe it was just a disgruntled employee. Clearly, there is something really wrong here.

Wow! I had an interview at Metro Events DC today at 3:30 and SOOOOO happy I did research too!! When I called to discuss with someone why there was so much negative feedback after Googling MetroDC I was placed on hold for about 5minutes, then hung up called back and again placed on hold!! So clearly they are not willing to even address it. Thanks for creating this blog!!! I wish something could be done for future students that may not have the luck of finding this out prior to their appt. To say the least, it would have not only been a waste of gas, but time as well!! Thank you and hope something can be done to shut these people down!!!
